This page explains what personal data Tire Guard Egypt collects through this website, bookings, chat and your customer account, why we collect it, and how to reach us about it.

Last updated: November 2026

What we collect

  • Your name, your mobile number (WhatsApp) and, if you give it, your email.
  • Booking details: the branch, the service for your tire size, the date and the time.
  • For fleet quotes: the company name, the contact person, and the number and types of cars.
  • Your questions, complaints and chat messages, and our replies.
  • Quotes, orders, invoices and payments linked to your account.
  • Technical data the website needs to work, such as cookies for your session and your language choice.

Why we use it

  • To confirm your booking, remind you of it and organise it.
  • To send you messages about your booking and service on your mobile number (WhatsApp, SMS or a call). By giving us your number you agree to these messages; offers are sent only if you agree to them, and you can stop them at any time.
  • To answer your questions and follow your complaint until it is closed.
  • To prepare quotes, invoices and receipts, and to keep the records the law requires.
  • To improve our service and avoid duplicate records of the same customer.

We do not sell your data.

All prices on this website include VAT. The warranty terms are written in Arabic on the warranty page.

Your choices

  • Ask to see the data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows.
  • Stop offers and marketing messages at any time.
